General Introduction & Applicability
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between the authority operating the 79bd platform ("79bd", "we", "us") and any user of the platform ("you", "member"). By accessing 79bd's website, app, or any associated service, or by opening an account, you automatically agree to these Terms.
These Terms have been drawn up in accordance with Bangladeshi law and regulations. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform. When this document is updated, 79bd will make reasonable efforts to notify members, but the latest version will always be available on this page and will remain in effect.

Membership Eligibility & Account Registration
2.1 Age & Residency Requirements

2.2 One Account Policy
Each member may register only one account. Opening multiple accounts or managing an account on behalf of multiple individuals is prohibited. Violation of this rule will result in the closure of all associated accounts, and the relevant balances may be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information
At the time of account registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information — including your full name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure. If your details change, you must notify 79bd as soon as possible.
2.4 Account Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your account login details (username and password) confidential. You are accountable for all activity carried out through your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact the support team immediately.
Remember: Never share your account details with any third party. 79bd will never ask for your password by email or message.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
79bd currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, etc.). Funds deposited through methods outside this list will not be accepted and may be subject to delays in being returned.
3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal Limits

3.3 Withdrawal Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. First-time withdrawals or those requiring identity verification may take additional time. For bank transfers, processing time may vary depending on banking hours.
3.4 Refund Policy
Funds once deposited into a gaming account are non-refundable; however, the account balance may be withdrawn at any time — provided the minimum withdrawal limit is met and any active bonus wagering requirements are handled separately under the applicable rules.
3.5 Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Compliance
79bd complies with international anti-money laundering standards. Additional verification may be requested for suspicious transactions. It is advisable to complete deposits and withdrawals using the same method. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 100% matching bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum ৳5,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳17,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirements
Before the welcome bonus can be withdrawn, you must complete betting worth 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined. Example: receiving a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳1,000 × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
Wagering Calculation: Bonus amount × 15 = total betting required. The deposit amount is not included in this calculation.
4.3 General Bonus Terms
- Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only.
- Attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts is a punishable offence.
- Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly — it becomes withdrawable only after the wagering requirements have been met.
- The bonus expiry date will be stated in the promotional notification.
- 79bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
- If abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
4.4 VIP & Regular Promotions
79bd's VIP programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Members can advance to higher tiers through regular play and receive weekly cashback benefits (Bronze: up to 0.2%, Silver: up to 0.3%, Gold: up to 0.5%, Platinum: up to 0.6%, Diamond: up to 0.8%). 79bd reserves the right to modify the VIP terms.
Gameplay Rules & Fair Play
5.1 Game Results & Fair Play
All games offered on 79bd are supplied by reputable software providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Ezugi). Game outcomes are determined through independent Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is entirely impartial.
5.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. If a bet is placed due to a system error, 79bd reserves the right to void that bet and the relevant amount will be returned.
5.3 Disconnection & Technical Errors
If your internet connection is lost during play, the game result will be determined based on the last state saved on the server. If a technical error causes an abnormal result, 79bd reserves the right to review the relevant round.
5.4 Sports Betting
A variety of markets are available in the sports betting section. Bets are not confirmed until the official event result has been announced. If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be refunded. In any dispute regarding event results, 79bd's decision will be considered final.
Prohibited Activities & Code of Conduct
79bd is committed to maintaining a fair and safe gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Attempting to earn bonuses by creating multiple accounts (bonus abuse).
- Using any software, bot, script, or automated tool to play games.
- Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
- Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes (collusion).
- Using a false identity or a third party's payment account.
- Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward other members or staff.

8.3 Inactive Account Balance
Decisions regarding the balance of long-term inactive accounts will be made in accordance with applicable law. An attempt will be made to notify the member before closure.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer
9.1 Service Limitations
The 79bd service is provided on an "as is" basis. 79bd's liability is limited in respect of temporary disruptions due to technical reasons, maintenance, or delays related to third-party services (such as payment gateways).
9.2 Liability for Gaming Losses
